Going abroad for work experience is becoming an increasingly popular option for students around the globe. International work experience provides a valuable opportunity for young people to improve their CV, gain experience in their field or field of interest, and try something new. In addition, it is also a great opportunity to develop social competency skills, become proficient in another language, and fully immerse oneself in a new and fascinating culture.
Liden & Denz is proud to be one of the first organisations to offer study and work programmes in Russia. Our goal is to provide students with a fun and educational opportunity to experience Russian daily life while they learn Russian. Students working at our host organisations can look forward to a completely authentic experience.
Alongside our Russian language training, we offer two types of work experience programmes as defined by the WYSE Work Abroad Association:
A temporary, supervised, practical experience programme in which a young person, usually a college or university student, carries out a training experience in a temporary position at a host company.
A temporary, supervised, practical training experience in which a person voluntarily carries out a task which has social, environmental or cultural relevance.
Please note that all internships and volunteer positions are unpaid. Students whose Russian language level is below B1 can only book a work experience program if they enrol on a course as well. Those who are above B1 level may not have to complete a course provided their language level corresponds to the requirements of their chosen position.
